Sneha Bharti co-founded Purnkuti and has been an asset to the organisation since it’s establishment in 2011.

Sneha believes a kind gesture can reach a wound that only compassion can heal. Sneha’s previous experience as a Business analyst in the Treasury domain has exposed her to various software development life cycle stages, including requirement gathering and analysis and implementation, which have helped her in leading and organizing teams.

She handled skill development programs for rural women and established e-commerce for the same while creating livelihoods for over 300 women. She also passionately worked to improve conditions and generate alternative livelihood for over 3000 sex workers in Budhwar Peth in Pune.

Sneha successfully provided education and skill development to over 2000 sex worker kids. She established a formal school named Waterlilly to assist the underprivileged towards formal education, while also introducing Manosakha for special kids.

Sneha holds a MBA  in Finance from MUMBAI BUSINESS SCHOOL and a Diploma in Financial Services (DFS) from Indsearch, University of Pune. In leisure, she likes to go for Trekking and explore nature.
